Base map is Taustakartta (MML) where the tile server responds; at zoom levels 0–3 Kapsi’s taustakartta_3067 often returns 502, so Peruskartta fills those zooms underneath. From zoom 4 up, Taustakartta is shown (EPSG:3067, proj4leaflet — same idea as kartat.kapsi.fi/leaflet.html). Help: IRCNet #kapsi-kartat.
